Where It All Began

 

Bridges CIO wasn’t born out of a business plan. It was born out of a conversation between purpose and possibility.

 

The original vision came from Megan Wollerton, a wellness entrepreneur who spent years helping individuals and organizations reconnect to what truly matters. She saw firsthand how many mission-driven teams were struggling; not because they lacked talent or heart, but because their technology was misaligned, unsupported, or flat-out working against them.

 

Megan envisioned something different: a company that could bridge the gap between leadership and operations, between technology and mission. A company grounded in strategy but driven by heart and faith. She brought that vision home—and together, we made it real.

Bringing the Vision to Life

With over 40 years of combined experience in IT, leadership, and business strategy, we took Megan’s vision and built the structure to support it. We launched Bridges CIO in Pittsburgh, the City of Bridges, as a nod to the company’s mission: to connect people, processes, and purpose through technology leadership.
